How to delete your account
In the app: open Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap
Delete account. You will be asked to confirm your e-mail address and sign in
again. Deletion starts immediately after confirmation.
By e-mail: if you no longer have the app installed, write to
editacodelabs@gmail.com from the e-mail
address registered in the app, with the subject "Account deletion". Requests are
processed within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account record: name, e-mail address, role, avatar, notification token
- Your current location and your location history
- Your drive sessions and weekly reports
- Your screen-time records
- Safe zones, automation rules and emergency (SOS) records you created
- Your zone entry and exit events
- Your membership in family circles and in tours
- Devices assigned to you
- Your sign-in account with our authentication provider
If you are the owner of a family circle, ownership passes to the longest-standing
remaining member. If you are the only member, the circle and everything inside it
is deleted with your account.
What is kept
- Messages you sent in a family circle remain visible to the other members, with
your name replaced by "Deleted user". They belong to the shared conversation and are
no longer linked to you.
- Photographs attached to a device request are stored on our server for at most
45 days and are removed automatically.
Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account once it has been deleted.

- Hesap kaydınız: ad, e-posta, rol, avatar, bildirim anahtarı
- Anlık konumunuz ve konum geçmişiniz
- Sürüş oturumlarınız ve haftalık raporlarınız
- Ekran süresi kayıtlarınız
- Oluşturduğunuz güvenli bölgeler, otomasyon kuralları ve acil durum kayıtları
- Bölge giriş/çıkış olaylarınız
- Aile dairelerindeki ve turlardaki üyeliğiniz
- Size atanmış cihazlar
- Kimlik doğrulama hesabınız
Bir dairenin sahibiyseniz sahiplik, kalan en eski üyeye geçer. Tek üyeyseniz daire
ve içindeki her şey hesabınızla birlikte silinir.
Saklananlar
- Aile dairesinde gönderdiğiniz mesajlar diğer üyelerde kalır; adınız "Silinmiş
kullanıcı" olarak görünür. Bu mesajlar ortak konuşmaya aittir ve artık sizinle
ilişkilendirilmez.
- Cihaz talebine eklediğiniz fotoğraflar sunucumuzda en fazla 45 gün tutulur ve
otomatik olarak silinir.
Silme işlemi kalıcıdır. Silinen bir hesap geri getirilemez.
